Who is this for?
Owner-run businesses of any kind: trades, professional firms, agencies and office-heavy teams. If repeat work takes more of your team’s week than it should, it fits. You don’t need to use AI yet.
Is it only about calls and quotes?
No. Calls, quotes and follow-ups are common starting points, but we look at how the whole business runs: email, scheduling, invoicing, reports, admin, onboarding, and finding new work. The report ranks what to hand off first by the hours it would save.
How does the work come off our plate?
Usually with AI drafts and simple automations built on Claude or ChatGPT, whichever fits your team, inside the tools you already use. Sometimes the fix is just a cleaner process or a template. Your team approves anything that goes to a customer.
Do you need my password or access to my accounts?
No. Never send passwords, API keys or two-factor codes. Your answers and a few screenshots are enough, and you can blur anything private.
How do I pay?

How fast is the report?
