The problem
Crew leads get the schedule on the app but still call the office for gate codes, the customer's history, or what was promised on the quote. Each call is small; together they eat the office's morning.
What Cowork does
- A daily task at 6 AM reads today's visits by assigned team member from Jobber.
- It pulls the client notes, the original quote summary and any open invoice for each stop.
- It writes a one-page sheet per crew lead and emails it.
- It lists missing information (no access notes, no phone number) for the office to fix before 7.
Where the draft lands
One email per crew lead each morning.
What stays with you
Dispatch decisions and any change to the route.
Crew 2 (Lee), Tue:
1. 8:00, Ruiz, 418 Alder Ct. Kitchen outlets dead. First visit. Gate code in Jobber notes.
2. 10:30, Becker, 9 Pine. Finish fixture install from quote Q-1170. Open invoice $0.
3. 1:30, Okoye, 22 Elm. Panel upgrade walk-through. Quote Q-1183 open.
Missing: phone number for stop 3.
Watch-outs
- Customer notes can include gate codes. Treat the email as sensitive and send it only to crew work addresses.
- The sheet is a snapshot at 6 AM. Later schedule changes still go through the app.
Questions owners ask
Doesn't the Jobber app already show this?
It shows each visit. The day sheet adds history and flags in one page, which is what crews actually ask the office for.
Can it optimize the route?
It can list stops in order. Route optimization is better done in the FSM.
