Showing feedback, collected and summarized for the seller

For listing agents, Cowork drafts feedback requests to buyer agents after each showing, then turns the replies into a weekly summary for the seller.

The problem

Sellers want to know what buyers think. Collecting feedback means chasing buyer agents one by one, then turning scattered replies into something the seller can act on. Most agents do it irregularly.

What Cowork does

  1. Showings come from the calendar or the showing service's confirmation emails.
  2. A daily task drafts a short feedback request to each buyer agent the day after a showing.
  3. It reads replies as they arrive and records them in a sheet per listing.
  4. On Fridays it drafts a seller update: number of showings, common themes, price comments, and the agent's suggested next step left blank for the agent to fill.

Where the draft lands

Feedback request drafts, a sheet per listing, and a weekly seller update draft.

What stays with you

Interpreting feedback, pricing advice and the seller conversation.

Seller update draftExample · Maple Street Realty is fictional

Week of Oct 6: 5 showings, 4 feedback replies.
Themes: kitchen and yard liked by everyone; two mentioned the small second bedroom; one said price is high for the street.
Agent's suggested next step: [for you to fill in]

Watch-outs

  • Showing services usually have their own feedback tools. Use them if they work.
  • Share feedback with sellers carefully. Some comments are better summarized than quoted.

Questions owners ask

Does it connect to ShowingTime?

Not through an official connector. It reads the emails it sends.

Can it update our CRM?

Follow Up Boss works through Composio, if available.

Connector capabilities checked October 2026 against Anthropic and vendor documentation; they change, so confirm before you buy anything. Workahead is independent and not affiliated with Anthropic.
