How do we agree on timing?
Before work begins, we agree the scope, start date, milestones, review windows, and target handoff around your priorities and both teams’ availability. For ongoing support, we also agree a review cadence and response expectations. If the scope or availability changes, we revisit the schedule together.
Do unused hours carry over?
Yes. Unused pooled time carries over one month.
Can I still make my own edits?
Yes. Sites include an editable CMS. This service adds hands-on help when you want it.
What if a request exceeds the allowance?
Larger changes are scoped before work begins, so you can decide what to prioritize or commission separately.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. The arrangement is month to month, and you can pause or cancel anytime.
