Turn finished jobs into short project stories for your site

Once a week, Cowork picks a finished job the customer agreed to share and drafts a short project write-up for your website or Google Business Profile post.

For: Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC contractors, LandscapersBy John DietrichUpdated

The problem

Specific project pages help local search and show buyers what you do. Owners mean to post them, then never find the time to write one up. The details that make a project page useful, like the house's age, what was wrong and how it was solved, are already sitting in the job notes and photos.

What Cowork does

  1. The office tags jobs where the customer said yes to sharing.
  2. A weekly task picks one, reads the job notes and quote summary, and finds the photos in Drive.
  3. It drafts a 200 to 300 word write-up: the problem, what you did, the neighborhood (not the address), and a photo list.
  4. It saves the draft for the owner to edit and post.

Panel upgrade in Millbrook: a 1970s home with a 100-amp panel and no room for the new heat pump. We installed a 200-amp panel, moved two kitchen circuits onto AFCI breakers, and coordinated the utility disconnect so the family was without power for under five hours. Watch-outs

  • Never include the customer's address or name without permission.
  • Posting to Google Business Profile isn't possible through an official connector; post it yourself.

Questions owners ask

Does this help SEO?

Unique project pages with real detail can help local search. We can't promise rankings.

Can it post to Facebook?

Not through an official connector we've verified.

Connector capabilities checked October 2026 against Anthropic and vendor documentation; they change, so confirm before you buy anything. Workahead is independent and not affiliated with Anthropic.
